Upcoming public holidays - Ascension and Pentecost

Here in Germany we have a few further public holidays coming up this month resulting in shorter-than-usual work weeks.

To ensure that all your applications in the Flying Circus are running smoothly we will monitor all regular and emergency SLAs as usual. We will only performing mission-critical work in this time and will catch up with any backlog in the week after.

Here’s an overview of our support availability. The dates are national holidays and are only covered for SLA customers:

2016-05-05 (Thursday — Himmelfahrt / Ascension): SLA-covered emergency support only

2016-05-16 (Monday — Pfingstmontag / Pentecost): SLA-covered emergency support only
