Here in Germany we have some public holidays coming up in October. Our office is closed on:
Tuesday October 3rd - German Unification Day Tuesday October 31st - Day of Reformation (national Holiday only in 2017)
To all projects covered by an SLA we provide emergency support as usual. In detail this means:
- 2017-10-02 (Monday): regular support
- 2017-10-03 (Tuesday): SLA-covered emergency support only
- 2017-10-04 (Wednesday): regular support :::
- 2017-10-30 (Monday): regular support
- 2017-10-31 (Tuesday): SLA-covered emergency support only
- 2017-11-01 (Wednesday): regular support
